I’m interested in starting a Dragonfly 2 collection, does anyone know if there is a list of all the sprint runs? I’m sure some of the experts on here can help me out. Thanks!

Along with the sprints, see about getting a SS Dfly, either VG10 or vintage ATS55.
They are tremendous cutters, stout for their size, thinner than the FRN Dflies. They disappear unnoticed in a watch pocket, and if you remove the clip they are an even more slender treat.

The CF ATS55s show up regularly for sale (maybe more often than the Nishijin VG10s). Pink Dfly may take a bit of patience.
