Dragonfly handle swap?

Is it possible to transfer the blade and lock bar from one Dragonfly to another? Even if their construction is different? For example... I have a Cruwear Carbon Fiber that has steel liners instead of the one piece FRN construction. But I'd like to put my 20CV Dragonfly blade in the steel frame. Will that work or can you only go FRN to FRN and Steel to Steel?
 
I've never tried it, but my money would be on "not gonna work" if I was placing a bet.
 
I'm pretty sure, you're good to go!

I have Hap40 and lockbar, in my G10 DF2.

Worst case, you have to switch it back.
