Can someone tell me what these lines on the blade are? They don't seem to be scratches and won't come off.

Just received this from a reputable seller as new as brand new.

Can't tell if troll or?

To answer your questions those are lamination lines. The blade is made of HAP40 sandwiched between a softer stainless steel (SUS410), and the lines show the boundaries between the layers.

The Hap40 is sandwiched between the SUS..
Then when they flat grind the bar stock, it makes those lines.
It's the edge of the SUS..

The SUS is more corrosion resistant then the Hap..

You paid a lot of extra money for that line on the blade , don't try and rub it off :)

Welcome to Spyderco , the DF2 is a great knife .

Welcome Skyler, the line is perfectly normal. The hap40 steel that's at the edge is some of the best knife steel used today. We don't use words like "best" much around here when describing steels because so much of that depends on what you are looking to for in a steel and what type of work you are doing. I will break precedent for hap40 though. Its good stuff. Be happy that you accidentally got one of the dragonflies with "the line" before they all disappeared.

I appreciate the play of words and the warm welcome. Thanks.

That's crazy how your 2 Delica's, look so different in length!
My G10 Delica looks that way, but it seems the G10 models are a little shorter..
