Dragonfly question? Is it Zytel or Carbon Fiber?

I know the Dragonfly is available with a stainless steel handle, but was wondering if it is available in Carbon Fiber? I've seen in some posts people talking about a CF handled model. Are they just mistaking Zytel for Carbon Fiber, or is a CF version available?

Thanks for the reply, and the link. Helps alot, I was going to order one in Zytel, but CF is what I wanted.
