Dragonfly Question.

Shouldn't be to hard.
Do a search for screbel1957,he is a member here and can do it for you.Does great work.

FYI- The Carbonfiber Dragonfly's are tip down from factory. Personally I wish they all were that way. I think the Dragonfly is the best small folder design I have ever owned.

Drilling and tapping the handle in that area must be done while the knife is apart. The blade tang is in the way and the tap cannot get enough purchase, IMO.

Thanx for the knid words.

When we do the next upgrade on the Dfly, we'll add a 4 way clip.,

Sal, I know it's too easy for us to offer suggestions that would drive the price of a knife beyond where you want it to be. But for some reason that doesn't stop us, so here are two more:

1. Drill or cut slots into the SS handles to reduce weight and provide a better grip; and

2. Upgrade to VG-10

Having said this, I really like my current Dragonfly.

Hi Keith. We always appreciate the suggestions. We ran a thread a while back asking for Dfly upgrade opinions. We'll probably run it again when we're ready to begin the new design.

Those are great news. I was close to purchase a SS Dragonfly for light use at work (I´m engineer, frequently in an office-like enviroment), but I'll better wait for the upgraded version. Meanwhile, a Kiwi is already on the way.
