ive been thinking about this for quite some time now, navigator vs dragonfly, i like the tipdown clip of the nav but the handle seems nicer on the dragonfly, a little less bulky. does these have slim or thick handles. and what about ats-55 is it any good? now the new spin is availible, how small is it really in the hand? anybody got some input.. shoot. i really like those small spydies but i dont know which one to get.

I have the Nav II and an FRN Dragonfly. Someone once posted that the Nav is thicker than the SS Dragonfly. I can't remember if it was here or at Spyderco's forum. The Nav is as thick as my SS Calypso Jr.

As for the grip, the Nav feels better than my Dragonfly. I find it hard to get a good grip on the 'Fly, as there isn't much handle. The Nav feels really good, and gives the impression that you have a more substantial knife.

When I put the two of them together, I feel that the 'Fly has a nicer blade profile, but I definitely prefer the feel of the Nav.
