Need advice on how to purchase Dragonskin Damascus billet for a folder project.

Will greatly appreciate any advice provided.

I've been told that he does not produce the Dragonskin anymore and forges the nebula damascus at his Shaya forge. However I've also been notified that he sell to knifemakers at knife fairs in very small quantities from his private stock. I'm hoping that one of you guys got some stashed away and that I could purchase enough to make a gentelman's folder.
