Time to clear out those drawers and pay for some new toys!

From top to bottom:


Emerson Mach 1 Folder: These are pretty rare nowadays and the satin finish plain edge are probably the hardest to find. It is barely used (just cut paper) and I carried it for a few days (I will put a brand new Emerson clip on for the buyer.) Sharp, really smooth and solid lock up. The heads of a couple of the scale screws have a little damage from the screwdriver slipping – this is how I received it from the factory. It’s a year 2000 vintage and includes original box. Price is $140 including shipping worldwide.

Blade Tech Pro Hunter SOLD – in green G10, plain edge. I actually paid retail for this when they were hard to get but it seems they are much more available now. Anyhow this is a very slim folder like the Spyderco Military with nested liners and an eccentric pivot. Locks solid, smooth and has a beefy blade. Very ergonomic and the green G10 makes a change from all the tactical black. Condition is excellent - has original box, carried a little, only used on paper, very minor scuffing on the clip, and some of the ecthing on the blade is faded. No damage, otherwise as new. SOLD including shipping.

Spyderco Yojimbo SOLD– now discontinued. Compression lock is about 75% over which it has been since new, excellent condition. I had the pocket clip coated black and it has some minor scratches, but the knife itself in great. (Photo was taken while clipless.) Needle sharp point, edge has been touched up on the Sharpmarker lightly. I was mainly carrying this clipless and using it to open mail. Price is SOLD including shipping worldwide.

Camillus Fisk Southwest Bowie: WITHDRAWN This is the supersize version of the more common 7" OVB knives designed by Jerry Fisk. Instead, this puppy features and 11" blade of satin finished 0170-6C steel and a handle in gorgeous desert ironwood. The knife has never been used, and has never been inserted into the sheath. However, it does have a few pin head sized dots of oxidation on the blade - could be flitzed off I guess. The biggest detraction is a line that appeared out of nowhere in the last 2 months - its a line about 1.5" long of dots in the middle of the blade. Its in the photo. Its faint but its there.
Includes original box, sheath and padded zip case.
It is #582 of apparent 750 made.

SO due to the rust dots and the "line" I am selling this for WITHDRAWN including shipping from New Zealand.

Spyderco Perrin Bowie SOLD – now discontinued. Full black coating comes with original sheath with mini Tek Lok. I’ve used this lightly in the kitchen and cutting cardboard so the coating has surface wear (but you still can’t see the steel.) They are great cutters, light and fast. Price is SOLD including shipping worldwide.

Opinel Efile WITHDRAWN – its not the usual style of Opinel you’re used to seeing. It has a 4 inch stainless blade with a tumbled finish, and locks via the usual lock ring. Excellent condition. Price is WITHDRAWN including shipping worldwide.

Spyderco Endura WITHDRAWN – OLD OLD Model, this one is for collectors as it has the original integral zytel clip. It’s a user but not abused and in pretty good condition. The blade is plain edge and has tiny tiny chips in the first inch of the blade that could be sharpened out. Also has a “tsunami” wave-like zip tie attached. Price is WITHDRAWN including shipping worldwide.

Masters of Defense MOD Trident Folder:SOLD This is the one designed by Jim Watson (legendary Navy Seal) and uses the Microtech-style lockbar. No box, but includes original sheath. Condition is very good, barely used, original factory edge. The pivot screw head is damaged a little from using the wrong size, but its serviceable. An absolute bargain at SOLD including shipping worldwide.

Emerson Kerambit Trainer SOLD : This is an awesome non-lethal tool!! I’ve played with it, but never carried it so LNIB condition. Smooth, solid lock up and works as intended. Blue G10 is cool. Includes original box – a steal at SOLD including shipping worldwide.

SUNDAY EDIT: I sent the "I'll Take it" message regarding the yojo and perrin direct to Daniel L's message box shortly before notifying him of that PM herein (at 11:09pm my time). Perhaps I did that backwards? In any case, the seller was aware of my willingness to purchase those 2 knives by that time, so any future claims were essentially only backups, even if folks inadvertently thought otherwise.
Further, and in the spirit of full disclosure, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes later (at 12:55am), and just after I had completed payment for the 2 Spydercos, I asked (via PM) to be put in line for the MOD if Roberto failed to pay for his claim. Exactly 23 hours after that PM I was informed (again by PM) that Roberto would not be paying for the MOD, and since I had asked 1st, that I may purchase it. I did.
I hope this clears everything up!

Anecdotally, this is why I am not a fan of using "I'll take it" within threads, as people incorrectly feel it gives them some automatic actual claim on an item, other than just a willingness to purchase it.

(Dann, sorry for the chattiness of that last part--I will consider myself warned!)

All i can really say is I'm not happy that you sold the knife to someone else. I fully followed your instructions. I said i'll take it and pm you and two days later you send me the email that you have sold the knife to someone else

I guess my word is my bond doesn't mean that highly nowadays.
 
I have edited the purchase instructions to clarify that you must state which knife you are taking - and just so that you all know this is above board, the Perrin and Yojimbo bowie went to Darkfin who was first to post a "PM sent..." message at 6:09pm and then send the appropriate PM.

Sorry, my mistake on protocol.

Chill out everybody, they're just knives :)

I love the last part very classy. anyone can say sorry it doesn't really mean anything if you dont fix the mistake. Overall I just thought your word meant something.
