Can someone please show me the difference between a drawn swedge and a cut swedge? Are there other types as well?

A picture can explain it better than I could in words...

I love a cut swedge on a blade for only one reason, it increases the visual appeal of the blade.

Does GEC have any cut swedge knives? I can't recall seeing any but maybe I'm not looking hard enough.

If I'm not mistaken (which happens frequently) many of GEC's blades feature a cut swedge. I have a #54 moose which has this feature on both clip and spear blades. I think GEC's spear is particularly nice with the cut swedge. I can't post a pic right now, but will later if no one else pops in.

No- if you go back you will see the Drawn Swedge 'fade" or blend back into the Spine- the cut in Robins #15 is a hard out CUT Swedge until it stops at the Long Pull.

Edit: ooooops sorry Frank, Franks covered it.
