No Quarter

I was just curious if you guys thought a model 690 with m2 steel and a red splash anodized aluminum handle would be cool, or maybe another model that would be really sweet.

Sounds interesting, though I guess it would depend on the shade of red. Personally, my dream Benchmade would be a large version of the 940/942, something like they have now with the 705/710, with the 940 corresponding to the 705.

That would be great, but it has to be something they already make.

My dream Benchmade would be a model 710 (McHenry & Williams) with an Axis lock, stonewashed blade, titanium bolsters, blue or forest green G-10 scales.

they just came out with it! bm43: balisong with titanium handles, bowie blade, available in a latchless version. it'd be nice if they gave us color options.

AFCK, no doubt about it. Preferably the mini, part serrated. ATS-34. Any hole and of course, the axis lock. Yeah baby!

I always hoped they would come through with the promised mini-750. Now there will no longer even be a 750

I'd want a 710HS with a thicker blade and full flat grind, a better backspacer that allows less flex, a pivot system like the Microtech LCC, titanium bolsters with carbon fiber scales, ohh and phosphor bronze washers.

I guess you can say I want an LCC in the shape of a 710 with an axis lock.

What do you guys think of that?
I think I'm gonna make one...as soon as i get enough money to get a 710 HS

Why not add a thicker blade with a full flat grind? You know...kinda like them microtech LCC's...

I'd like to see a 705 with bolsters and stag in M2. Same thing in a 690 with the Axis lock. Thanks

AFCK with thicker Ti liners or SS liners. Slightly deeper finger notch. Carbon Fiber scales. Larger diameter, but thinner washers. Basically, an AFCK with stiffer handle and no blade play.

Almost, Knife Fumber, almost. I agree with the 710HS, but lets do this;

full flat grind on a satin finished blade. BT2 coating be damned, I'll take my chances

anodized aluminum backspacers a'la LCC (except make them red!)

phosphor bronze washers

nicely contoured and radiused carbon fiber handles (just send them all to Darrel Ralph)

That should about do it. "Build it and they will come"

Knife Fumbler and Blademan 13 you guys are right on! Make the blade wider and get rid of the BT2 coating. I have Tuff Cloth and I know how to use it

Blue Al handles on the 710 and 720 so they match my 940, a large 940 would be awesome too

And i need a folding CHisel, not chisel grind, but a chisel! (with an axis)

690 with axis lock and M2/M4 or CPM 3V steel.
