Dream blades of 2018

I made a thread a while back asking what everyone’s dream purchase of 2018 is, now I’m wandering if anyone was lucky enough to pick theirs up? I got my Spartan v-14 and I must say holding other fixed blades feels strange to me now, the ergos and weight are all perfect anyway did you all get the blade you dreamed about this year yet?

That is a gorgeous blade. Someone had posted one on another thread and I wasn't sure what it was. I will be on the lookout for one of those for sure.

I love it man, took a while but worth the wait.if you are talking about the pic in the knives and beer thread that is where I first laid eyes on it. I messaged the guy trying to buy it, he politely declined. I knew I had to have one. . I also have a Pallas, incredibly underated knife. It’s like melted popcorn buttery smooth. Here’s the pic that started it all

I feel like that's something John Wick would carry, a badass gentlemans folder. Pretty but utilitarian. My only nitpick with the Spartan Blades is the huge "LOOK WE USE S35VN! DO YOU SEE IT!?" part.

Won't call them my dream blades but I picked up another KW Spyderco Military S90v cf/ti and I am happy with it. Recently I have been eyeing on Hinderer Eklipse harpoon spanto, which I think I will pick up soon.

Just because the knife is bargain priced for the quality received doesnt mean your sights were low. One of the best feeling (ergonomics), strongest built, lightest four inch folders on the market. When I got my first, I was amzed to find a 4 inch edc comparable to my Military for less tha 2/3 s the price. Helped change my mind about black bladed folders. Great work knife.

I want a spear point version I’m just not sure as to get the s35vn or the older version, I’ve yet to handle a recon 1 but I want one.

Man I am glad you like it. I recently purchased a Recon 1 with cts-xhp steel before its long gone. Too bad it got vertical blade play and squeaking noise. Had to returned it to the dealer.

It’s super easy. Download imgur app, click camera icon, select pics you want to upload, post to public or private, it will said upload complete , click view, hold your thumb down on the pic, click copy url, go to BF, click the little pic icon to the right of smiley, paste, Boom!
