Dreaming of knives

Anybody here ever thought about knives so much you dreampt of them? Last night i dreamed of cutting a delicious steak with a Cold Steel Leatherneck tanto. I was reading a Cold Steel catalog before bed haha. I mentioned this to my friend over the phone amd he has determined i need to stay away from knives for a while. I politely declined to do as he said and hopped onto Bladeforums. While he thinks i am officially insane, what do you all think?
 
Hahahaha. Love it. I don't know that I'm on that level of knife obsession yet... Pretty sure you just attained Yoda level.
 
Last two weeks I've been dreaming of Busse NMFBM almost every night...
Must be because I'm on the verge of ordering one from the custom shop, and have been reading and watching
Rewievs about it every day, lol...
 
I do... It's pretty awesome actually because I'm convinced my dreams are the only place I'll ever be able to handle an Ed Schempp custom!

The great part though is that in every dream I have, I always have a knife in my pocket, regardless of context, regardless of if it gets used in any fashion, I always have one of my knives with me. I guess the habit has just permeated my life to the point that I even carry in my dreams! I'll tell you what, after a few nights with a late kick of horror movies or games, my knife has cut me out of some bad dreams lol.
 
I love this hobby, but nope.

I have had many driving dreams, high RPMs and tight corners!


I work 6-10 hour shifts using my knives so id like to dream about something else haha!
 
What a coincidence! Last night I dreamt of a Chris reeve knife I had just ordered. All I remember was me holding the knife. My first knife dream.
 
I dream about ZT knives all the time.....really the 0600 and 0777 both knives i want badly and will someday get i hope.
 
Once I couldn't decide if I wanted a Delica 4 or a mini griptilian, in my dream I hade to decide between which two i wanted to buy. I chose the delica and the next morning I jumped out of bed and spent about five seconds looking for a knife I hadn't bought! It was a heartbreaking experience to realize it was just a dream lol.
