After about a month and a half I've finally finished working on my straight handled Badger Attack. I sanded the coating away and replaced the micarta handles with G10 and stainless bolts. Most work was done by hand.
I also put a D-guard on my tanto variant to keep my hand from slipping up the blade while thrusting. It took about 8 feet of 550 paracord. And lastly, the sheath I've rigged up. Everything is tied with 550 paracord.

...I forgot to mention that after all of the sanding, the Badger measures in at slightly under .2" thick at the spine...
