WE TESTED IT FOR ACCURACY ON THE BOXES-THEN FOR BALANCE AND CHOPPING ABILITY ON THE WOOD AND BOARDS

EXCELLENT!!!!

I THOUGHT THE GRIP WAS TOO BIG WHEN I FIRST GOT IT--BUT IT'S FINE.

IF YOU ARE THINKING OF GETTING A KNIFE BY DREW---STOP THINKING ABOUT IT--AND GET ONE!!!

GOING TO TEST IT IN THE KITCHEN THIS WEEKEND!!!

SINCERELY

Thats a great looking knife! It has a bit of Hudson Bay style to it you think?

Gerry does some Great Work ! That one there I think was something of a New Blade design for him, Seem's to be a Great Chopper, We'll wait for your Slicing & Dicing Kitchen Review, Thank's for the picture's and the review as a Chopper and Enjoy that New Knife, It's a "Beauty !

I love it when there are kids involved with the knife testing. Makes it very exciting. Thanks for sharing!

Great stuff, I read where you was going to sell it because of the grip, I'm glad you now find it ok.....awesome knife !!!!

Great review. I have a knife on order from Gerry right now and will probably follow that with another. That one your using there would make a great replacement for a chefs knife.

It is always a little disconcerting to see someone test one of my knives like that! I don't know why I worry about it though it is excellent tool steel properly heat treated and a full 1/4 inch thick at the spine. I will be interested in the kitchen tests later.

Thanks for letting us look Bill.

Gerry Drew

Going to test it in the Kitchen this weekend

Even my wife liked the look and feel of it(better than her Bark River Hudson Bay-which she loves)

I have been liking Drew's knives more and more as I see them. I really like the direction he's taken on his knew stuff. I love choppers and that one looks great! Cant wait to see some more pictures.

Bill, I guess that ones a keeper, thats the biggest smile I have ever seen outta you!!:D:thumbup:

By the way..I was envious as all get out when you bought that one...man, whatta looker.

I have to say that lately, he has been MORE than catching my eye...hes really coming into his own as a maker. He always offered a good buy for the buck, but now he's really doing some stuff that show SKILL. Great knife again Bill.

Haha, I was thinking the same thing (on both counts, but mainly the first)!

That's a heckuva tool. I'm liking the hudson bay design that seems to be getting more popular from makers.
