Drill presses for folders

Hello guys. I want to make folder and am having a real hard time getting the pivot holes true, not to mention the bar stock flat and consistant, but that is another story. I have a Home depot drill press and while it works great I can't get it trued up to drill a square pivot hole. What inexpensive prill presses are you all using to do this? Thank in advance!

Get a piece of plate steel and put it on your table and shim the plate to get it square.
Drill undersize and ream,no drill bit will drill a round hole.

The small table-top presses will work just fine. As said above, you need to make sure the table is level and square and ream the holes.
