I'm thinking of getting a piece of talonite to use in a folder. I did a search in the archives but can't find diddly on specifics of drilling and reaming. I've read that a carbide bit will easily drill the stuff but do you need a special reamer as well?

What belt types and speeds work best with this material? Does a bimetal blade on a bandsaw cut this stuff OK? Thanks in advance for any info!

I actually did see your post George, after I posted my question. That tells me a bunch but I'm still wondering about reaming pivot holes....a crucial part of making a folder!
