Drilling holes in AUS6M

I'd like to drill a hole in an AUS6M CRKT blade that I have, it's about 0.115 inches thick.

What kind of equipment should I be looking at getting? I've got a Dremel, but I haven't got the drill press kit yet (it should be handy though, so I will possibly get that). I'd need to get special drill bits, right? Is the Dremel even powerful enough to poke a hole through this stuff?

Thanks for any information you can give me. I hope it'll work, otherwise I might take it down to a local metalworking shop (but why have someone else do it for you when you can enjoy doing it yourself? :))

You need a carbide bit and a real drill press for that one. I'd be real careful. In fact, you'd be better off bringing it to a local machine shop and let them deal with it.

that steel is going to be around 54-56 rc,IIRC,so be careful and dont burn the temper out of it.
if it gets to hot to touch with bare skin, then its too hot.
