I was planning on using counterbores to drill holes in some handles I was planning on making out of g10. The screw sizes I'd need to make are t3, t4, t5, t6, t7, t8, t9, t10. Is there a set of counterbores with the perfect sizes for these screws? Any info helps.
Thanks!!!

In my experience the head size differs from various sources for screws. Sometimes the diff can be quite a bit. You also don't say if you are using button head, flat head, pan head, or socket head type screws. I normally drill #44 size holes for the screws that use T6 drivers. Some of the T5 screws are mostly #48 drill size and these drill sizes will usually let the screw pass through leaving a nice fit for less side to side movement possibility but again head size and the hole size will vary. If flat head type screws just use a 82 degree counter sink and custom fit your depth to work for the screws you use. I don't use the other sizes much but you could use that same single 82 degree for all those sizes if you used flat head screws. Not sure what to tell you there.

I think spur tip bits come in all sizes. They should work perfectly. You can even make your own out of regular drill bits if you're handy with a dremel. You have to use the spur tip, then drill the hole, of course.

You could call MSC, and ask them what you need. They have damn near everything, but you will have to tell them what size you're after.
