Drinks that don't contain alcohol or sugar?

Crystal Light is what my diabetic butt is drinking right now. Cherry Pomegranite while not exactly manly it is at least healthy.

I drink stevia dissolved in deionized water to which I add some trace mineral complex. It's sweet, low calorie, good for my teeth, good for the rest of me.

Once a chemist, always a chemist.

Milk.

Very few soda pop drinks contain sugar - it's usually corn syrup, at least in the US.

The milk I use (fat-free, organic) has 12g of sugar per 240 mL serving.

I'm assuming sugar is in there naturally?

what is deionized water and what is trace mineral complex? I mean , I understand what deionized water is by definition, but you know what I mean..

Milk has a lot of lactose.. Its not sucrose, but its sugar nonetheless..

Its wiki, so take it at face value...

Tap water...
And in germany it's really good - which maybe results in statements like 'tap water is the most monitored food' - a statement i heard a few times. I dont have a reliable source but i guess it could be true - by any means: it tastes great and it is very clean/pure/... (e.g. it doesn't contain a noticable* amount of chlorine) :)

Tap water with some lemon juice tossed in. We go through one of those big bottles of Real Lemon about every week.

Back in high school during summer football practice I was a big fan of a dash of lemon juice in my water cooler for that touch of flavor and refreshment during water breaks

yeah actually the tap here in the RaChaCha typically lands it the top 10 nationwide (a result of being near one of the largest fresh water bodies in the world filled with a shite-load or zebra mussels). If your house has copper pipes it's even tastier. Lot's of my friends have brita filters, but you don't need them. The fluoride is good for you teeth as well.

To be precise, it is water that has been processed through a Reverse Osmosis filter. This removes ions, so the proper name for the result is deionized water or RO water. (Distilled water is water that has been processed through a distiller or boiler. Supposed to be more thorough, but it's harder to implement in a home.)
In my setup, the RO filter is preceded by an activated charcoal filter that removes organics. San Diego City water does not taste good to me. An RO device is cheaper than buying bottled water.

The trace mineral complex I use is called Concentrace. I think few drops of it added to a glass of DI water improves the taste YMMV. Supposed to be good for you as well. Can't prove it, but it seems to work for me.

I really like RO water.. It almost has a sweet taste to me.. Distilled water doesnt taste like anything..

Depends on if you mean added sugar or any sugar (fructose, glucose, sucrose) cause I like 100% fruit drinks, things like straight pomegranate. Otherwise it is just water for me. I realized not long ago that I was getting more than half my calories each day from soda, not good.

They relined our mains this year (ok, last year now) and we've had serious problems for years with our water supply so I've stuck to filtration and large bottled water from natural springs. If your water doesn't taste good, just use a PUR water pitcher, they are cheap and easy enough.

Artesian well water from my childhood home, ~37°F and tastes like heaven, no chlorine, fluoride or whatever else... plastic pipes make water taste like plastic.

I've used the Pur® water pitchers, they work pretty well, now we have a fridge with built in filtration and it does a pretty good job.

100% fruit drinks can have as much or more calories than regular soda. I like Blueberry Nectar, but it has just as many calories as a can of soda.
