I will be coming in on I-20 from Augusta now I know I am not going to take 75/85 through downtown, been there done that have the PTSD. My question is is it better and/or shorter to take exit 67B to I-285 to I-75 before I get to downtown or to go past downtown and take exit 51A to I-285 to I-75.

Much better off taking I-20 to 75/85 and run straight up 75. 285 is nuts...........all the 18-wheelers are restricted from going through town(unless making local delivery) and are in the 285 mix.

Homeboy got dat one right. Drive to the middle and then turn right then stay out of the right lane as they keep disappearing. Don't be surprised if you have to make a U-turn to get to the Galleria, it's frickin' Atlanta!!

Don't do like former Braves pitcher, Pasquel Perez, did in 1981. :D
He earned the nicknames "Perimeter Pasquel" and "Wrong-Way Perez" because he kept circling Atanta on I-285 looking for Fulton County Stadium and missed his start.

Don't Miss Blade.................when people come to Atlanta and go missing .... 285 is a good place to start looking.

There are worse places to drive but if it is your first time a GPS is a good thing to have.

Just take one of the 71 roads with "Peachtree" in the name and you are sure to (eventually) end up in the right place.

Garth the first time I went to Blade in 2007 I bought a GPS and about the only time I use it is when I go to Blade
