drop forged boot knife sheath

Has any one else had a problem with the knife not fitting the sheath deep enough to hold the knife securely? The problem I am having is the nubs inside the throat hit in the middle of the guard instead of fitting on top of the guard to hold the knife securely. Any advise would be helpful. Thanks

yes. the ricasso is hitting inside the sheath before the nubs clear the guard.

cant say I've seen that before. can ya post a pic of it so I can get a better visual? if not, no bother. cold steel warranty use maybe......good luck Sir.
