Drop Forged Hunter: heat treat questions

52100 can do amazing things. So, my question about the Drop Forged Hunter (and the rest of CS' 52100 lineup, for that matter), is:

What heat treat process do you folks use?

Now, you don't need to tell me any "secrets", like your recipe for the quenching bath, I want to know if these knives are heat treated using the "3+3" process?

That's a secret we're not able to share, very sorry. Most will attest that we do a fantastic job at heat treatment, I wouldn't worry about it. I've never heard of a "3+3 process" but I think I understand what you mean. Robert said that the old Carbon V stuff was done something like seven times, however that correlates to your process.
