Drop in bulbs for Surefire E2L Outdoorsman?

Is it possible to make my surefire brighter with some sort of drop in kit?

Im VERY new to the world of well made flashlights so appreciate any insight or help.

The E2L outdoorsman has a sealed head(so do all of the new LED lights by surefire), for drop-ins you would need to purchase the incandescent models.

You'll have to replace the whole head. Here's one type,,,

Or if you go with a slightly bigger head, you can use the Malkoff drop-ins.

I like my e2l outdoorsman, and use it for everyday task, but I use my g2 led when I need a spot light....

You can make an E2L do whatever you want by swapping any combination of the LED, circuit board, and optic.
IMO, all it or the E2DL really need, though, are neutral emitters for better color rendition, and F04 diffusers for close use.
If you just want "brighter", you'll come out cheaper buying a whole new light, rather than customizing your E2L. You can get the E2DL, or just the bezel pretty cheap on CPF, sometimes.
