"Drop-Leg" Fixed blade Sheaths?

Do any of you have a drop leg (or Molle compatible) drop leg sheath? Trying to gain some knowledge and ideas to modify or make mine. The knife would be a ZT 0121.

I don't know for sure, but I'd be willing to bet that a molle attachment can be added to these.
