A blade forum member wrote me with his request and this is what we came up with .
ATS-34,satin finished flats with a satined finished 416 s.s dove tailed bolsters and a polished hollow ground blade . Thumb cuts in the spine of blade .
Buffalo horn handle with a mosaic pin and a s.s. lanyard tube.
steel is full tang 3/8" thick . cutting edge is 3 1/4 " and from tip to bolster is 3 3/4 " . Hope he likes it , guess I should write him and tell him it is finished . waiting to finish the sheath first .

Jack yet another BEAUTY :D you have made, SIMPLY STUNNING!! Like all your knives built to "Ger R DONE" & Look GREAT doing it:thumbup::thumbup: !! It is AMAZING that you can ACE the knife DREAMED OF:cool: by such a poor description as I gave you to work with!! I am VERY PLEASED to say this BEAUTY IS MINE:p !!
 
The attention to detail is simply outstanding. I think Jack is starting to get a pretty good following here at BF. I look forward to adding one of his knives into my collection.

DeanoD , your moving to the buffer , as soon as I finish 2 honey-do's that I keep getting reminded off. found a nice set of Thuya burl for the handle .
 
On it's way to a new home . Hope he likes as much as I did making it for him and his wife if she decides to take custody .
 
Jack this BEAUTY arrived last night:p!! As always the pics. just DO NOT do your CRAFTMANSHIP JUSTICE!! This baby is a RAZOR as well !! I have a prediction that I will get thru hunting season without even a touch up:cool:! That is a lot of skinning, especially this year as I have pups to work 7 days a week. You throw in at least 4 deer of our own besides & it will be used to cut up & process the meat for the freezer as well:D!! We also can't forget the buddies that forgot to bring a knife, or the ones that put the butter knife edge on theirs & you got the only sharp knife there & the moon is rising:eek: !!This BEAUTY will get plenty of WORK & LOOK STUNNING doing it!! Thank You once again. As for ownership and title ........... LOL
