Drop point hunter w/Cocobolo scales

Here's one I completed on Wednesday. It's a 5 1/2" blade of 3/16" stock 1084, triple edge quenched and triple tempered. Overall length is 9 7/8". I used Cocobolo for the scales and they are secured with two 303 SS Corby style rivets and a brass thong hole tube. The blade has been taken to 400 grit and has been convex ground.

BTW,
The blade has not been etched, so the hardening lines may not show on the pic. I'm still trying to decide whether to etch it or not.
