Here are some pics of a drop point hunter that I did for a buddy a while back. He doesn't hunt or anything and just wanted it for display. The blade is 1/8" sawmill blade and the handle is made from walnut and mahogany. This was a pretty early knife so the fit and finish aren't quite up to current levels. I just thought I would share this with you guys.

Great knife,Calvin-I like how the walnut and mahogany work together, and the pitting in the old blade.

The fit of the wood looks pretty good to me. That is a nice lookin' knife all around!!

Thanks Will! The saw mill blade came from a saw mill that my uncle built many moons ago. He's passed away, so I figured I would put the old blades to another use. He also sawed the wood up that I used for the handle. Kind of a special knife ya know?
