Hello all - I thought that I would share my latest...this is my 3rd knife to make and first to come off my new "Revolution" 2"x72" grinder that I built from Brian House's plans over at Housemade.us. The blade is 80CrV2 and the handle is made from Red River Gum, "Dragon Scale" pen blank, G2 and copper. Pins are titanium. I acid etched and stonewashed the blade and got the exact look I was going for, but unfortunately over-buffed the blade and took off most of the stonewash...lesson learned! Have a look and let me know what you think. Any constructive feedback is welcomed and appreciated.

What length is blade and handle. The handle appears it could be cramped on a hand.

Hella nice finish & design, would stand out in a crowd in a good way.

Some more pic angles would be good. What sort of tang?

Congrats, nice work.

Thanks Houlahound. The overall length is 9" with a 4" blade and you are right, it is a somewhat cramped handle. I have medium sized hands and while my hand fits, the design kind of forces your grip forward with the most comfortable position being with your thumb well up onto the spine. I will definitely be modifying the next handle with this in mind. It is a full tang.

I appreciated the feedback and compliments and will upload some more pics later. Thanks-Lee

It looks great. I do like photos with knife in hand. I look forward to seeing more of your knives. WB
