A slightly dressed up version of my standard size drop point. Very happy with the polished etch on the blade.

Takefu VG10 core san mai blade, full hollow grind and full tapered tang.
416 SS guard and fittings
Stabilized Giraffe bone scales with black fiber liners
8 3/4" over all with a 4" blade

The Takefu certainly keeps you focused Tim. Much like micarta, grinding through the layers can act as a visual aid. There does come a point where you have to call it good and stop chasing perfect symmetry. The steel is so accurately made you can ruin the look of it with one pass too many.
