Clean hand rub finish on the blade, a good piece of ironwood and looks well proportioned. Nice work as always.

Excellent pics!

As muddy, I would describe this piece as very clean. Nice execution/fit/finish.
Pin well placed. Beautiful Ironwood. Very nice.

The only thing, I would rather see the edges of the butt less squared or rounded slightly. Your edges going up the handle are very nicely contoured, but then the butt looks "sawed off" in comparison.

Looking at the pictures evokes the word "clean" as was already mentioned.

Looks like it would perform well.

Really nice and clean. I like the overall profile a lot.

Are the measurement specs correct? 4" blade and 7" overall? It looks like the handle is longer than the blade in the pics so it's surprising it's only a 3" handle. Maybe it's the other way around—3" blade and 4" handle?

I like it. Nice proportions (4" blade and 8.5" OAL). Only change I would suggest is to round the tip of the handle so that it is less pointy. This may also address in part Kevin's comment.

thanks guys
i fixed the overall in the first post i had a mental burp:o

Kevin thanks i will try and round the butt a little more on the next one and see how it looks I'm still playing a lot with handle shapes.

Matt thanks my wife has started to take pics for me I'm quite lucky she has a Dec. in photography

Beautiful knife man! The only thing I can see is like was stated above, rounding the butt a little and also, the little "choil" area behind the plunge and in front of the guard....that would be better if you either extended it and turned it into a usable choil or shortened it to be closer to the guard so you can work closer to it with the edge.

It's an amazing piece either way as it is though. Very pretty. I like the handles, the finish and the blade shape very much!
