Now Mitch comes from Newcastle...classic...and I have some good old mates up there...but the ONLY good thing I can say about that place is it's further away from New Zealand than my place.😊😊👍👍🫡🫡

meako meako good looking knife ya got there. Those old USA made Schrades are excellent, and that one looks to be mint, too. :thumbsup: I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a 5UH, which is obviously the Uncle Henry version of the 5OT (Old Timer), one of my favorite models.

mitch13 mitch13 well done. :thumbsup:

😆 🤣
That made me laugh!

To my American Friends, The Aussies really do speak like that, this is evidence of the existence of that direct link back to the ( not so long ago ) days when this Island was nothing but English criminals that the English shipped out their undesirables to Aussie, unfortunately its a little close to New Zealand, but we love them because we feel sorry for them.

Well done you two! :) :thumbsup:

Adrian Turnipseed, also known as Big Mad Drongo, was a researcher of High Energy Magic at Unseen University. He earned his nickname by drinking an entire pint of shandy at a single sitting. He was responsible in later years for a set of circumstances that lead to an enormous chicken rampaging through a city, laying enormous eggs as she went.

Or, so says Terry Pratchett.

Chur Broo...tell you what made me laugh recently....dunno if you heard but some wombat suggested Aus and NZ be joined up as one country!!?...wtf? Im all in favour if we can ditch our podgy government and have yours...hell I'd even go for the job as ambassador.✌️

Lol
Funny!
But - just so our overseas friends know- we Kiwis and the Aussies love to have each other on- and yes it comes down to some eye gouging and foot stomping and few fists flying on the Rugby field ( and neatly as bad in the Netball as well these days ), if it came to War we would go to the bitter end for our Aussie friends.
👍

Betcha do a mean Haka, Duncan!

Actually my friend, I only participated in Haka at High School, I have a lot of respect for the Haka, it's a very meaningful thing to the Maori - and we all have a link to a Tribe or Clan- so to do the Haka injustice would be not cool- for any New Zealander.
Since High School I did a lot of training etc, and soon learnt about self belief and spirit- it's the Spirit that is put into the Haka that makes it- always gives me an amazing feeling when watching the Haka!
:thumbsup::thumbsup:
