Drunken knife ordering?

So I was drunk last night, and ordered a Gayle Bradley that I hadn't planned on ordering! LOL! Any of you ever done that?
 
No, but I plan on drinking somewhat heavily tonight and for the past week I have been lusting over Sebenzas...I think I'll be alright ;)
 
I think that's how my friend ended up with his Persistence...

Fantastic drunk decision making in both cases.
 
I've been on the fence about a few, and said F$$K it.
It's hard when Bark River does a Custom in limited numbers, or Swamp Rat does a run, and they only get more expensive once they've sold out.
I have stopped looking at knives, if/when I drink. That helps.
 
Been there done that many times. With knives, flashlights, tents, backpacks..You only remeber when you open your email: "YOU HAVE SENT $400 TO KNIFE-STORE. THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER".

I won a POS off eBay once and it not only was a POS, it wasn't even new like it stated. I got my money back and yes I was a bit intoxicated when I won the damn thing.
 
NAH ! Never done that ... :rolleyes:

Whatever you do, don't set up a "buy now with 1-click" button on Amazon - VERY dangerous. Especialy after marinating a few ice cubes.
 
Not sure I drink and buy, though I've been extremely tired and stressed, which has led to a knife or two.

At least knives you can return or sell and never have to deal with again. Unlike women you pick up while drunk....
 
lots of Randall Made knives have arrived at my door and I was wondering how the hell they got there....then the wife informed me....
