Hey, I want to start dry curing and cold smoking meat. The problem is I currently live in an apartment. Any advice is appreciated... Thanks!

I've never cold smoked. I do a lot of jerky in my NESCO dehydrator. Less than 50 bucks. The only way to get a smoky taste is to use liquid smoke in your marinade but if you are in an apartment, at least you won't set off the fire alarm! Maybe not exactly what you are looking for but you can get dry cures from a bunch of places.

You can also get stovetop smokers that are designed to be used indoors. I've never used one but there are a bunch for sale on the Big River Site.
