Is there a story behind 'Terror Monkey'? Did I hear that it was a military unit? Any more info?

Terror Monkey was the name of a military unit that ordered these DSF's. The Terror Monkey DSF and Boss Street are overruns from that military contract from Busse.

Terror Monkeys are a unit that we have supplied for years. Going all the way back to the Ergo line.
