DU Remington R-2 Waterfowl Knife

I have been thinking about getting a slip joint for a while now. Saw this one last night at the Ducks Unlimited banquet. Got it for $45 in the silent auction. Aside from the fact that it was made in the USA I really didn't know anything about it. Looking today though sites seem to have it for between $30 and $40, so I didn't get too bad a deal, especially since it is the DU model. Not that that probably makes it worth anymore, but still. Seems like a decent knife. 440A steel, and I like the serrated warnclif blade as well as the choke wrench for the shotgun.

Anybody know who actually makes these?

No problem, nice knife. I saw one in a store recently, it wasn't the DU edition, just a plain Remington. If I was a waterfowler I'd have bought it.
