I've seen some ads over the years for Du Star, and just picked up a Blade magazine today at work. They had an article on Du Star.
Is it a safe bet that Ziva from NCIS has some of these in her infamous knife collection

Haven't had the chance to read the article, but they have some great basic designs. Any of our buddies that served in the Israeli armed forces carry any? What do you think of them?
