Dual-Action Blue Class?

I absolutely love the look of the Gold Class Dual Action Autos, and unless I'm missing something, these are exclusive of the Gold Class. Do you guys see these knives as a candidate for a full-production run? They seem to be just a scaled-up version of the MPR, which seems to be a very successful design. The Adamas and the MPR were both hits for BM as hard-use folders, and this one could be the flagship.

I also propose that a flipper should be added, the blue class knives made manual-opening, have the blade shortened a bit to maybe 3.5", (though that's just my preference), and if possible stick with M390 or CPM-M4 steel. It would be a beastly contender for a high-end, hard-use folding option that would be above and beyond the competition, and introduce a proper high-end flipper to the lineup.

Thoughts?

Well there's already the 2750.

Not being a big frame lock guy or too deep into titanium or fat blades, I hope they do the opposite and do the better thing (IMO) and focus on thinner blades.

I agree on the thinner blades, it really makes for a more useful folding knife for me. I just think that this would be a good seller for BM.

I personally think BM would do well to branch out their collaborations and new designs. It seems all of their knives look very similar these days, with just a few makers contributing at all.

The 7505 would be awesome as a blue or black class run. It has a big beefy blade in M390 steel which is great and the dual action is very intriguing .For those of us who love large folders this knife has the potential to be one of the best big blades that Benchmade has ever made. I disagree with anyone that would want to make changes to the design other than a slight changes to the handle in order to reduce cost enough that this could be a normal production knife. No need for a flipper and no need for a shorter or thinner blade.
