I found this axe at a flea market over the weekend and decided I would try and refinish it (First timer here). I would really love to get some history behind it and figure out who made it and when it was made. It was pretty rusty and pitted and it seems the main logo and engraving has faded. The letters that I can make out say "LLS City" and then the line below it under "City" there is a "KS."

Does anyone have a clue about this axe?
