Dual bladed pocket knife?

I've become quite found of the Spyderco Dyad design, but I'd like something along those lines for a work knife. That means it has to be readily replacable. So far, I've only found a Schrade X-timer that fits the bill, but have heard horrible things about X-Timers. Can anybody recommend any knives which are similar in design (2 locking blades, one serrated one plain)?

Sorry guy, but once you've used the Dyad, nothing else is going to come close. I've seen some of those S&W imitations, and they aren't worth the clampaks they came in.

not as big but the Kershaw double cross ( and the bigger double duty ) is a 2 bladed liner lock. I dig the small wharnny blade on the double cross , handy as heck.
Not sure about a serrated 2nd blade though...
