For starters thats Duck USA.....I need to pay attention. 
I picked up (for free actually) a 3" spring assist stiletto (at least thats what its called) knife made by Duck USA. At the time I forgot to look the knife up brand. I cleaned it up and gave it to my friends sister (it being pink/red I figured she'd like it). We met up today and she had her knife which reminded my to look it up. Turns out its a cheapo $10 knife. I would have though it would be a little more than that given the quality of construction and everything. It is a 440 steel blade and the construction is solid. The spring assist is still VERY strong (I dont know how old it is, so I dont know if the spring is even worn out) and the coloring is still good with no scratches. So either the knife is of good quality (a shocker for a $10 knife) or it was kept in VERY good condition by the previous owner (but why did he give it away for free then??). Lots of questions but the main one is: does Duck USA make good knives?? I'm impressed so far and wouldn't mind getting one.
Here's some pics...yah she hasn't been keeping the blade clean, I scolded her on that.
