This is my 1,000th post. I've learned quite a bit from this forum and it enriched my life quite a bit. As such, I thought I'd do a giveaway.

I will be giving away the following:
  • CRKT Bladelock vintage 2000 in AUS8 (I think) - I got this knife in a giveaway but its gotten no use from me. I think its better to pass it on to someone who might enjoy it. Will post some pics when I get a chance.
  • Used Kershaw Echo - the knife is in great shape. The sheath shows signs of use -- the plastic trim is a bit damaged. Otherwise in excellent shape. Probably requires a sharpening as I haven't used or sharpened in about two years. I took it hunting/fishing with me a while back but its since been replaced by my Esee.


In order to win the giveaway post your best knife porn pics. These can be knives you own or knives you have been lusting over for some time. Also, please post the one fixed blade, folder, and tool that you'd keep if you were able to only keep one in each category.

For example, mine would be:

Fixed Blade - Swamprat Waki
Folder - HEST Folder
Tool - Leatherman Ti Charge

I will likely select the winner(s) by their post. If there are too many to select then I will used Random.org. The winner(s) will be selected on 1/10/2012.

I apologize to all for pushing back the drawing date as I've been up to my ears in boxes. We've recently moved and packing/moving/unpacking has taken the bulk of my time in the last few weeks. I finally decided as to what to give away and should have the time to devout to this thread now. Again, I am sorry for the delay.

Estwing #1, Marbles Woodcraft patent 1916, Queen Special Muskrat.

Fixed: the Woodcraft above- found it in my grandfather's effects after he passed.
Folding: To fulfill a promise, a circa-1900 Felsenheld stockman. It was my grandfather's, and his grandfather's. The last time I saw my grandfather well, he gave it to me and made me swear never to sell it.
Tool: Since I don't have a knife I can really EDC in the above 2, my Leatherman ST300. Big, heavy, cuts well.
