Hey. I know a lot of you buy stuff from them. I ordered some suspenders from them as an experiment on keeping my pants up. Cruising through their catalog/web site... stuff's pretty expensive overall. Looking at underware.... expensive? Worth it? Seems like everything is kind of like the old Herters brand; everything is the best. What's your take and if you bought underware from them, let me know what you think. I am looking forward to trying out the suspenders. As you get older, you loose both your waist line and butt. Nothing to hold pants up anymore. :D

Since this thread got moved over to Gadgets & Gear, I'll modify the approach a bit. The thread is not about complaints. The thread wasn't intended to be about specific products but I used two examples. It was about the their products in general. Do you think they justify the price in general based on your use of them? Are they manufactured specifically for Duluth Trading?

Don't have any underwear from them, but I have a jacket and two pairs of the firehose pants. Love 'em. I honestly don't know why, but I destroy jeans and work pants really fast, pockets, belt loops, knees and such just seem to always get torn up. I haven't had the firehose pants for that long, but so far they're holding up much better than anything prior and they have about a zillion pockets that are laid out thoughtfully and well, which is handy. The jacket was a Christmas gift, but so too early to tell, but it seems really nice as well.

I've loved all the stuff I've gotten from them. I'm wearing some of their hiking pants and one of their lightweight long sleeve t's today. The pockets are really well thought out on their stuff. Their prices are high but I think that's mostly due to the warranty. The clothes I've had from them are all high quality.

a family member has the underwear, his wife says he likes them. no other info.

Duluth Trading underwear is a meh for me, but... I am a huge fan of everything else. I own several of pairs of pants and shorts, winter coat, gloves, and hat, along with numerous other items. I live near a store so it makes life easier. I am also not afraid to take advantage of the warranty, my biggest example, I have replace each pair of pants a minimum of three time already. I can't praise this company enough, and personally I am extremely satisfied.

I'm always amazed at those who spend hundreds and sometimes thousands on a pocketful (or a safe full of) 'jewels' but scoff at spending $10 to cradle their own jewels. There's nothing wrong with treating your testicles to luxury.

As for DLT, I haven't bought anything from them in over 5 years but I'm glad they still exist and haven't been crushed by Amazon or corporate/hedge stock margins. They provide innovation met by no one else in the market and their prices really aren't that bad, especially considering their quality and outstanding service.

Back in 04 I wore a hole in the fire hose trousers (dime size). I sent them in thinking I would receive a patch but they sent me a new pair no questions asked.

I've bought a lot of clothes from them. They hold up nicely. I like the t-shirts, they don't rot out in summer. :) the fit has always been good for pants and jackets. Their Grab Jacket and Grab Parka are warm and tough. I never replaced them, winter after winter.

The only items I have of theirs are the t-shirts. I can't remember what they're called but they're the pocket T's. I've had them for just shy of 2 years and no complaints so far. They seem durable although I'm not rough on them. I'm not super excited about them or anything like that but I do like them.

I'm going to take a hard look at their coveralls. I don't wear them often. Wear Sears stuff now (the heavy ones). Pockets seem to be the key.

Their pants generally really appeal to me. So, down the road, that is likely to happen as well.

On an old thread, I recall folks commenting on their suspenders. I have never worn suspenders in my life, so this is going to be a new experience. Us "kids" used to chuckle at our father as he started to wear suspenders when he got older. Now I guess I'll find out what the deal is.

I'm a Carhartt guy on pocket T's. Love them. Have a lot of them and always pleased.

I've got their "Buck Naked" briefs, they're great. Long lasting and comfortable. Bought some of their "Long Tail T-shirts" about 8 months ago.. those too are the best quality T-shirts I've ever had. Just ordered some of their "Coolmax/Cotton Long Tail" shirts today...
So far, everything I've gotten from them is well worth their price.

I didn't say it, but I ordered a couple pairs of their short boxers. My wife will probably like them.

It's great to hear the glowing reports on their products.

:D :D :D :D :D here here! Almost made me spit out my coffee! Life's too short to give your boys anything but the best.

It seems like a lot of their stuff is highly priced, AND imported. I could see if it was US made, but not imported.

Their Fire Hose Cloth 5 pocket jeans and work pants are some of the toughest, longest lasting I've ever owned. Great, useful pocket features on the work pants. The gussetted crotch is very comfortable for extended driving times. I really don't buy anything else anymore when it comes to outdoor daily wear. I highly recommend them.--KV

Sadly there is very little made in USA. Even then the term may be garment made here but fabric made off shore. Adding to that is that too many people buy by price not value.
