Dumb ordering questions

I know these are dumb but I'm new and from what I've read here Busse seems a little different.All help would be appreciated.

1...I see that the Steel Heart One is for sale on the Busse site.Is there a limited number for sale or will orders be taken as long as it is on the site?

2...Are the knives made after the number is determined? In other words will it matter how soon you receive your knife if you order first or last?

3...How long does it take most of the time to receive your order?

4...Does anyone know the price of the standard Steel Heart One with a satin finish? I just hate to bother Busse to ask if I can find out here.
 
1: Orders are accepted as ong as it's on their site, and specifically on the order page.

2: It depends on what knife you order. The CGs are usually made first, then the LEs.

3: About four months seems to be about average. Wait, two weeks! ;)

4: The only ASH1 that is available through Busse Combat through their ordering system with a Satin blade is the LE version.

usually two weeks, busse time

I think delivery time is still 8-12 weeks, but I don't know for sure on that either.

One more thing, you wont' get billed for the knife until shortly before it ships. Even if you order today, your CC may not get dinged until 3 or 4 months down the road.
