dumb question Rep....stop pins.....

any reason these aren't sold under parts on the website? all custom fitted, is that why?

reason i ask is i got a couple used emersons where on one the stop pin had been replaced by a piece of drill bit to change the locking liner position to more open, i assume. problem is the detents are in the wrong place now and it doesn't stay closed other than tightening down the pivot screw very tight to stop free play. course the wave feature isn't useful now.

the other someone must have epoxied the stop pin in place to stop rattling i assume. problem there is it doesn't free float anymore.

these aren't warranty issues, and are still function, but i wanted to bring them back to full emerson. appreciate any feedback, Sir, thank you.
