maybe i should ask Brad himself..but, does anyone know what change has been made to the Whiplash?

i have 2 and they have an entirely different feel in their opening and closing...also i noticed one has an additional off-set stop pin and the other does not..they also sit different in the pivot..

thanks in advance..

Not the Case about the Pivot.
My knives have been changing in a good way ever since I started.
If you look at one now and one a year ago you will see and feel the differnce. The Pivot is my own design. Not copied or barrowed.
Hope this helps

Brad...thanks for showing up..
could you touch on the evolvement..as i have a 2001 police whiplash and your new desert tan g-10 whiplash..they are so different..YET SMOOOOOOTH...i don't see an additional stop pin on the desert tan g-10 as compared to the police!

thanks

Yes, I have used one and 2 stop pins. On some of them I used a set Screw stop for the closing stop pin. Both have worked well.
See what you think.
Brad

the newer one seems much more precise in the opening and closing...and doesn't feel as likely to fall out..:D

i LOVE IT!

thanks for a KICK A$$..tactical knife, Brad!

Is this why you have it up for sale or trade?

Is this why you have it up for sale or trade?

db or is it D.A.?

it is really amazing how some people with NOTHING to add to an informative post STILL NEED to feel important or included..what a SAD LIFE..

if YOU READ my original POST..i said i was SELLING ONE..because i had gotten a second one in an unexpected trade and whichever sold, i would keep the other..no reason to have 2 of the same knife, same maker, same basic principles..

THAT ANSWERS THAT STUPID REPLY..D.A.!

Little touchy are ya Underdog? Lets just talk about sad and stupid, who is the one who felt the need to start this thread after his last one was moved off this forum just after his for sale post on the same knife. And btw I know alot of people, in fact most knife nuts, who love a knife have more than one of the same style from the same maker. It just seems wierd that you are so in love with these knives and they are so great that you are willing to get rid of them. God forbid someone would have 2 great knives huh? So before you go on calling me names I would like to tell you an old wise man once said there are no stupid questions, just stupid answers. Guess you proved that .

DB..what thread was moved?
what are you talking about, man..i didn't have a thread moved?

I would like to tell you an old wise man once said there are no stupid questions, just stupid answers. Guess you proved that.

lest you forget..I ASKED THE QUESTION (who started the thread?)...YOU answered!

and let me add another old wise man's quote..IF THE SHOE FITS, WEAR IT
:D

Underdog you really are a clown. Instead of getting mad and trying to insult me you really should be thanking me, for letting people know you are selling these knives you are so in love with. I'll just say you are very welcome anyways.

Upset...me?
NOT A CHANCE D.A....!
NEED YOUR HELP...TOO LATE!

ONE IS SOLD..and the other one is off the market..DAYS AGO!

AGAIN, IF ONE HAS NOTHING TO ADD TO A POST...THEN ONE SHOULD SHUT THEIR HOLE... :D

And one should not come in this forum posting pics of a knife they have posted for sale in the exchange forum.
I think the question has been answered and it is time to lock this thread.
