Is the sheath friction fit only or do you have another form of retention for when inverted?

^Seconded. That looks like an awesome way to carry a big blade, if you could figure out a retention method.

Lovely knife. I especially like the handle. It is a good thing you have a flat bum, if the knife was accidentally the wrong edge down you could slice a cheek off!. What makes it a "Dundee" knife, is that a particular pattern? I have had Dundee cake but never seen a Dundee knife.
