You could use a pancake style kydex, and find some small d rings and a shoulder strap. That would be adjustable too. Or contact one of the great leather craftsmen around here.

anyone actually offer Dundee sheaths for big choppers?

although i've seen pics of Dundee sheaths, i haven't seen many posted on this site who might carry that way. Personally i think it might be the best way to carry a huge knife

can you pm me a couple pics? I have a few choppers i would like sheaths for...

nevermind, i went on your website and saw some there

I was a'thinkin' about something like this...? Survival Sheath System back rig...

killer sheath, although the stap routing is a bit overcomplicated...who makes that one?

i would think a simple suspender design would be adequate with belt loops on both ends...maybe with a small stretchy material piece incorporated somewhere in the middle of the strap to allow some give when moving, whereas a strap without it would be tighter and more uncomfortable

something like this might also work, looks like it would keep the knife more stable, but i'm thinking the simpler the design the better...

I will see what I can come up with.
Robert from what I can tell is gone ?

I have a friend with a nylon sewing machine so maybe Buy Brown will start making shoulder rigs

i just watched crocodile dundee last night, apparently, the movie is nothing more than a string slung over his shoulder and attached to a belt....or at least thats what it looks like to me
