Im the proud owner of the new and the old Dutch Army SAK.
The new one its a special made 11cm Victorinox Centurion without a Vic logo, toothpick and tweezers. On the right side of the blade is the text DE-GM and the code 9305297 stamped. The left side shows Victorinox Switzerland, but no stainless like all the other Vics.
The older army issued SAK is a Victorinox Soldier replica made by a Dutch knife/tool company Amefa. Although its a replica its a quality product. KL 84 means that the knife is issued for the Koninklijke Landmacht (Royal Dutch Army) in 1984.
I will later add some info about the issued and used fixed blades by the Royal Dutch Army. I dont have enough info about it yet.
