Dutch Oven Cooking

As i'm honing my Dutch Oven skills,i thought i would cook tonights tea outside,So i'm Bob on out in the woods, Lamb with Rosemary, Roast and Boiled New Potatoes, and Green Beans,will add some more pics later :thumbsup:

I love my Dutch oven, but don't use it as often as I should. Nice work there Bernie.

Thanks all,the Lamb just melted in your mouth,it took about 3 hrs and slow is deffo the way to go :thumbup:

Cooking some spare ribs in it tomorrow, with a barbecue sauce,will post some pics :thumbup:

Changed my mind, doing the Pork and sauce as we speak,having rice with peas and sweetcorn, will get some pics up when cooked :thumbup:

Well here's the end result,top grub,just goes to show with with some practice and basic gear,you can live like a king in the wilds :thumbup:

Strips of pork,barbecue sauce,rice peas and sweetcorn,all done outside

That looks fantastic! Brian Andrews has a hell of a way with a Dutch oven also. Hey bakes cakes in the dang things...
