I bought the ZT my brother uses, but I know of the fights he has been in and I fear for him using the knife b/c it is a folder. I'm trying to more him to a fixed blade, but he loves the knife that I gave him.

Maybe for his birthday in September I should just give him one of my Winkler Knives designed by Jason Knight (Jaeger Fixed Blade Knife Black Micarta 3.75" Black). They are aggressive looking and the steel gets hair shaving sharp, it's great. The only problem with 80CrV2 is it corrodes rather quickly. If I give it to him for his birthday, I'll give him a can of oil to wipe it down every so often.
